Adapt Integrated Health Care in Winston, OR is seeking a Health Insurance Enrollment Specialist & Mobile Clinic Driver to help people access Oregon Health Plan and Marketplace coverage while supporting the Mobile Medical Clinic operations.

The role involves transporting the mobile clinic, setting up and takedown, and providing enrollment assistance across Adapt's programs and service locations. Strong customer service and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and insurability under company vehicle policy.
• Experience operating large vehicles and a large mobile medical unit.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform setup/takedown.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and settings.

Responsabilités

• Assist individuals with completing Oregon Health Plan and Marketplace enrollment applications.
• Educate on coverage options, eligibility, timelines, renewals, and processes.
• Verify income and documents to determine eligibility per FPL guidelines.
• Maintain certifications for OHP/Marketplace enrollment support.
• Document enrollment activities in EMR and keep PHI confidential.
• Stay current with OHP/Marketplace policies and participate in trainings.
