Qualifications

• LIHTC multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets, revenue, and expenses.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of LIHTC regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain maximum occupancy and monitor operating budget.
• Manage rent collection and delinquency/collections.
• Oversee maintenance, grounds, and office areas.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with contractors.
• Develop tenant retention strategies and enforce policies.
• Prepare property budgets and track expenses/revenue.
