Job summary

Advantix Development Master is seeking a Property Manager in Kokomo, IN to oversee the daily operation of tenant-occupied buildings. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, budget stewardship, and proactive maintenance coordination to optimize performance and occupancy.

The position requires 3+ years of property management experience (preferably LIHTC/Tax Credit), 2+ years of supervision, and familiarity with Yardi and Rent Café. CAM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of property management experience required, preferably within project-based section 8/tax credit residential properties.
• Two (2) years of supervisory responsibility is required.
• CAM certification strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC regulations preferred, as well as Yardi and Rent Café experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of tenant-occupied buildings and ensure efficiency/cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain regulatory compliance (LIHTC, local, State, Federal).
• Coordinate maintenance activities with on-site staff and central maintenance.
• Manage move-ins, lease-ups, and rent collection practices.
