Job summary

Advantix-Development-Inc is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee daily property operations and drive budgeted results across an affordable housing portfolio. You will lead site teams, ensure compliance with LIHTC, Section 8, HUD, and Fair Housing rules, and coordinate reporting to management.

Responsibilities include budgeting, site visits, resident relations, and staff training on Yardi Rent Café. Indiana driver’s license and strong supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Five (5) years of property management experience, preferably Section 8/Tax Credit.
• LIHTC and CAMS/CAPS certifications preferred.
• Possession of Indiana Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property management for portfolio in the region.
• Monitor compliance with LIHTC, Section 8, HUD and Fair Housing policies.
• Prepare and supervise annual operating and capital budgets; report variances.
• Visit sites, review operations, and supervise community management teams.
• Train staff to use Yardi Rent Café and related tools.
