Job summary

People Serving People Inc. in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking an Events and Project Manager to support Advancement leadership in fundraising and communications.

This hybrid role requires coordinating projects, leading all Advancement events, and ensuring on-budget, on-time delivery. You will serve as Salesforce admin back-up and manage platforms used by the team, including email campaigns and Go Fund Me Pro/Classy.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of nonprofit experience with project/event management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Project management for development and communications, including emails and assets.
• Lead all Advancement events, timelines, and vendor coordination.
• Back-up Salesforce admin and manage fundraising platforms.
• Create SOPs and manage campaign pages in Go Fund Me Pro/Classy.
