Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of experience or training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and distribute incoming donor and non-donor correspondence via website, email, paper mail, and other channels.
• Review and distribute correspondence to team members or departments for timely follow-up.
• Help ensure donor communications are handled accurately, efficiently, and per established processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
