Qualifications

• Four to five years of professional teaching experience with underserved students, preferably in grades 6-9.
• Experience developing and implementing curricula aligned to standards.
• Experience mentoring and training pre-service or new teachers; ability to hold others to high standards while offering support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Teacher Training Program, curriculum development and student evaluation.
• Plan and implement summer and school-year programs; oversee day-to-day operations of ongoing programming.
• Hire, train and supervise Teaching Fellows and Instructional Coaches; conduct evaluations.
