• Ability to align instruction, assessment, and supports with district priorities.
• Experience using data to guide professional learning and accountability.
• Track record of scaling learning programs across multiple schools or districts.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver professional learning sessions and tools aligned to district priorities.
• Coach district and school leaders to implement high-quality math instruction.
• Monitor fidelity using data and adjust coaching approaches as needed.
• Partner with stakeholders to address systemic barriers and sustain change.
• Build practice routines and feedback loops to support continuous improvement.
