Job summary

TrulyHired is seeking a Curriculum and Instruction Supervisor to lead and coordinate curricular and instructional programs across elementary and middle levels. The role reports to the Superintendent and focuses on ELA, math, science, and social studies alignment.

The position emphasizes professional development, collaboration with principals, and district-wide planning to improve student achievement and compliance with state standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, curriculum and instruction preferred.
• 6–9 years of experience in an educational administrative capacity or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating curricular and instructional programs across multiple content areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervises elementary school administrators, instructional coaches and early literacy specialists.
• Oversees curricular and instructional programs to improve instruction and student achievement across elementary to middle school.
• Coordinates curriculum with NC Department of Public Instruction and central services.
• Plans and delivers professional development for 6th–8th grade content areas.
• Maintains liaison with district and state education agencies to stay current on trends.
• Develops and monitors district school improvement plans and data analysis.
