Job summary

St. Vincent Family Center in Columbus, OH seeks a Program Director of Community Based Services to lead clinical programs, coordinate services, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality documentation and outcomes.

The role drives trauma-informed care across teams, manages budgets and performance metrics, collaborates with partners and families, and represents the agency in community and agency meetings under the Chief Clinical Officer.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related human services field required.
• Independent Ohio behavioral health licensure appropriate to the scope of the role is required or must be obtained as a condition of employment.
• Relevant experience providing behavioral health services to children and families is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of department personnel and staff development.
• Ensure staff meet clinical documentation and service requirements per agency and licensure rules.
• Develop clinical treatment protocols and monitor services to ensure protocols are met.
• Manage budgets and ensure revenue and expenses align with the Agency’s budget.
• Represent the agency in meetings and coordinate marketing and networking for clinical services.
