Qualifications

• Independent Ohio behavioral health licensure appropriate to the scope of the role is required or must be obtained as a condition of employment.
• Experience providing behavioral health services to children and families is required; supervisory or program leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and development of program staff.
• Ensure clinical documentation meets agency and licensure requirements.
• Coordinate marketing, referrals, and community partnerships for services.
• Monitor budgets and ensure alignment with the agency budget.
• Represent the agency in meetings with stakeholders and partners.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff to maximize productivity and retention.
