Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in nonprofit fundraising.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the development team, including calendar management, meeting preparation, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate and confidential donor records within the CRM and process gifts and pledges.
• Prepare briefing materials, donor packets, and other departmental documents for meetings and events.
• Assist with donor communications, acknowledgments, mailings, and event invitations.
• Support donor relations and campaigns to reinforce a culture of philanthropy.
