Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead strategic vision and operational excellence across 39 clubs in five counties. You will oversee programs, financial sustainability, grants, safety, and facility management, reporting to the CEO and guiding mission impact for youth.

The role requires executive leadership, data-driven decision making, and a commitment to safety and program quality, with a strong focus on growth, efficiency, and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, nonprofit management, public administration.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in youth program operations management or nonprofit leadership.
• Experience in senior leadership roles within a nonprofit organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to BGCCF's executive team and oversee operational excellence across 39 clubs.
• Oversee safety, security, facilities, and risk management to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for youth.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, grants, and resource allocation to sustain programs and impact.
• Develop partnerships with community organizations and donors to expand BGCCF's reach and impact.
