Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida seeks a results-driven Chief Operating Officer to lead operational excellence across 39 Clubs in five counties. You will shape strategy, oversee program delivery, safety, facilities, and financial performance, and partner with the CEO to advance BGCCF’s mission and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, nonprofit management, public administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in youth program operations management, nonprofit leadership, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience within the Boys & Girls Clubs movement or similar organization.
• Minimum of three years’ experience working as a senior leader of a nonprofit organization.
• Proven track record of strategic planning and execution in a complex, multi-site organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic vision and governance aligning with BGCCF’s mission.
• Ensure operational controls, policies, and procedures for growth.
• Drive safe, well-maintained club sites and programs.
• Partner with CFO and Grants teams on budgeting and funding.
• Develop KPIs and report performance to CEO and Board.
• Foster community partnerships and donor engagement.
