Job summary

Google LLC is hiring a Business Intelligence Generalist for Google.org Tech for Social Impact in Seattle and Mountain View. You will deliver end-to-end BI projects, design scalable data structures, and maintain ETL pipelines to unify funding data with research findings.

You will translate complex impact metrics into actionable dashboards for leadership, with a focus on counterfactuals and cross-functional data ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• 4 years of experience in SQL and Data Visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar technologies).

Responsibilities

• Deliver full pieces of BI work integrated into Google.org’s measurement strategy.
• Design data structures, relational schemas, and data models for longitudinal funding and data.
• Calculate and automate impact metrics using standardized models and benchmarks.
• Operationalize pillar metric calculations across Google.org pillar areas.
• Review and profile incoming data to diagnose anomalies and land self-service BI dashboards.
