Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience writing SQL queries against relational databases.
• Experience building Tableau dashboards or comparable tools.
• Attention to data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to document query logic and methodology for reproducibility.
• Active use of AI tools in analytics and documentation workflows.
• Strong communication of analytical findings to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains Tableau dashboards and reports to support fundraising performance and operations.
• Prepares ad hoc data pulls and analysis for leadership.
• Validates outputs against trusted data sources.
• Designs visualizations that are clear and actionable for non-technical audiences.
• Writes SQL queries in Snowflake to extract and analyze data.
• Documents data quality issues and supports data dictionary efforts.
• Contributes to self-serve reporting resources and end-user guides.
• Assists with training and support for advancement staff.
