Job summary

University Advancement seeks an Associate Director, Business Intelligence to lead time-sensitive reporting and analytics, directing BI solutions using Salesforce Lightning, CRM-A, and Tableau.

Reporting to the Director of Data & Analytics, this hands-on leadership role manages BI analysts, guides project strategy, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional analytical experience in an academic, nonprofit, corporate or consulting setting.
• Experience designing BI solutions using Salesforce Lightning, CRM-A and Tableau.
• Experience with statistical programs, data mining, and comprehensive analysis.
• Prior management experience in staff or project leadership.
• Strong objective setting and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop BI solutions using Salesforce Lightning, CRM-A, and Tableau.
• Analyze data, synthesize information, and present findings to support analytics and prospect management.
• Mentor BI analysts, set performance standards, and foster teamwork.
• Oversee BI projects, aligning strategy and priorities with the Director.
• Collaborate with data warehousing and business users to define requirements.
