Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is a BCBA-owned organization delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services. We seek a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and mentor assistants across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB and related degree
• Local/state licensure and credentialing requirements apply

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies
