Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring BCBA/BCaBA qualified professionals to lead and supervise ABA programs. You will design interventions, mentor staff, and coordinate services in home, school, and community settings.

The role emphasizes ethical, person-centered care with family involvement, data-driven planning, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive PBS team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
