Job summary

Rockhurst University seeks a University Assessment Coordinator & Title III Project Coordinator to lead university assessment initiatives and oversee Title III grant activities. This exempt, 12-month position reports to the Director of Institutional Effectiveness and collaborates with academic and administrative units to align assessment with accreditation standards.

The role requires 3+ years in higher education assessment or grant management, strong data and reporting skills, and experience

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Higher Education, Education, Public Administration, Public Health, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in higher education assessment, institutional effectiveness, or grant management.
• Knowledge of HLC accreditation standards and processes.
• Experience managing or supporting federally funded grants, preferably Title III.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and continuous improvement of institutional assessment aligned with HLC criteria.
• Oversee program review processes and course survey activities.
• Manage assessment-related data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Provide training and consultation on assessment best practices.
• Coordinate Title III grant programs and annual reporting with stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets and reporting with Finance Office; ensure compliance with federal regulations.
