Job summary

Lakeland University seeks a Title III Program Coordinator to provide strategic leadership, administration, and oversight for federally funded Title III initiatives. You will report to the Vice President for Academic Affairs and lead project operations, assessment, budget management, regulatory compliance, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Experience leading multifaceted projects or initiatives in an educational setting.
• Experience in student advising, coaching, or academic support programs.
• Experience hiring or supervising staff at professional level.
• Experience facilitating or developing educational or training programs.
• Experience with student learning assessment or program evaluation.
• Experience developing and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Title III project, including planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of grant-funded initiatives.
• Manage project budgets, assessment activities, policies, procedures, annual reports, and federal compliance requirements.
• Assist with recruiting and supporting Title III personnel and student employees as funding permits.
• Track project goals, objectives, and performance indicators to ensure grant outcomes are achieved.
• Collaborate with the External Evaluator by gathering and providing data and utilizing assessment findings to support continuous project improvement.
• Advocate for and represent the Title III project with university leaders, faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders.
• Support the design and implementation of the Summer Success Academy, supervising the academy's director.
• Collaborate with campus partners and offices to advance student success and retention initiatives.
• Attend and lead appropriate professional associations to enhance skills and knowledge.
