Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in housing management or related field preferred.
• Experience managing multifamily or affordable housing assets is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations of a housing community.
• Lead staffing, leasing, maintenance, administration and risk management.
• Develop and implement annual operating budgets and forecasts.
