Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in nonprofit program coordination.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to lead meetings and workshops; collaborate across organizations.
• Experience in training and community outreach preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports subrecipients to meet program goals
• Provides technical assistance or capacity-building support
• Coordinates and leads monthly program and/or regional meetings with partners
• Gathers and distributes resources for and from subgrantees
• Gathers all relevant data for use in tracking, analyzing, and reporting
