• Bachelor’s degree in human services, public administration, legal studies, social work, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in program coordination, community engagement, or volunteer management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with database systems such as LegalServer.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within New Hampshire as needed.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
