Job summary

Miracle Flights is seeking an Impact Manager to provide operational and administrative support across the Impact Division. The role supports cross-functional initiatives, manages logistics, and maintains systems to ensure efficient workflows and exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

The position collaborates with the Chief of Impact and Directors of Communications and Outreach to coordinate projects, events, and external engagements, while traveling as required to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Five or more years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or brand management.
• Two or more years of experience in project coordination, nonprofit operations, event coordination, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating meetings, travel, events, or departmental operations.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate calendars, meetings, events and scheduling for the Impact Division.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and other materials.
• Coordinate contracts, invoices, travel, and vendor documentation.
• Maintain departmental files and administrative reporting.
• Support conference registrations, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
• Coordinate outreach materials and CRM data management.
