International Justice Mission is hiring an Operations Manager, Strategy & Integration to support planning, coordination, and execution of major initiatives led by the Chief of Staff to the CEO. You will develop project plans, manage timelines, and prepare executive materials.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and effective communication with senior leaders across the Enterprise Strategy and Portfolio Management teams.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, strategy execution, or executive support.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives led by the Chief of Staff to the CEO.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Prepare concise status updates, briefing materials, and executive summaries for leadership.
