Job summary

ORS Impact is seeking an Operations and Finance Manager to join our small two-person Operations team. You will report to the VP of Operations and help ensure the smooth running of the business while promoting equity and inclusion in work with employees and clients.

You will shape the company's operations and financial infrastructure, manage internal and external relationships, and document processes and controls to maintain high client satisfaction and a positive work atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Join an existing two-person Operations team and report to the Vice President of Operations.
• Ensure the smooth running of the business while contributing to a culture of equity and inclusion for all employees and clients.
• Play a key role in shaping the company from an operations perspective and actively participating in ORS Impact initiatives.
• Oversee the financial and operational infrastructure to be executed efficiently in collaboration with the Operations team.
• Build and manage internal and external business relationships to maintain high client satisfaction and a positive work atmosphere.
• Document ORS Impact’s processes and controls to ensure consistency and compliance.
