Job summary

AndHealth LLC is seeking a Data Strategist to ensure programs deliver outcomes and inform executive decisions. You will define success metrics, own KPI cadence, and translate data and market intelligence into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.

You will spend time in SQL and BI tools to drive decisions, driving accountability and follow-through to move key metrics such as patient engagement and program adoption. A Bachelor's is required; MBA or quantitative field is a plus.

Qualifications

10+ years in strategy, analytics, or operations at a high-growth company.
Demonstrated track record owning a metric or outcome and moving it.
Able to pull and validate data independently in BI tools.

Responsibilities

Define success by setting KPIs with executives and leaders.
Diagnose performance by analyzing key metrics and separating drivers from noise.
Turn insights into actionable recommendations and drive the optimization work.
Incorporate market, competitor, payer, and regulatory intelligence into prioritization.
Hold cross-functional owners to outcomes through KPI tracking and change management.
Challenge operating hypotheses with evidence when revisions are needed.
