Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a Business Analyst (Data Analytics) to enhance member experience initiatives in a fast-growing health care environment. You will collaborate with contact center, care navigation, and member engagement teams to convert data into actionable insights that drive satisfaction and retention.

Ideal candidates have health care experience, at least 3 years of project management, and proficiency with MS Office, SQL, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Background in health care provider and/or health plan settings.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop systems that improve process for data capture and reporting
• Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems
• Review, analyze, and evaluate systems and user needs
