The Cook County State's Attorney's Office is seeking a Target Abuse Call (TAC) Program Data Collection Specialist to support data collection and coordination across CCSAO and university teams. This full-time, grant-funded role reports to the Supervising ASA and operates within the Domestic Violence unit in the Administrative Services Bureau.

• Bachelor’s degree in social science, public policy, data science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Clear communication and the ability to coordinate with a range of stakeholders.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving program needs.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Enter, organize, and maintain up-to-date case records across multiple sources
• Help standardize and document data entry processes
• Conduct routine data quality checks to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Identify and help resolve data inconsistencies or gaps
• Serve as a point of coordination between research partners and program staff across multiple teams
• Follow up with TAC teams to ensure accurate data entry
• Support tracking systems that ensure alignment between program implementation, program structure, and research design
• Support data-sharing processes by preparing structured datasets for transfer to research
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned
