Job summary

Precious Blood Ministry of Reconciliation (PBMR) in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Data Manager to ensure accurate data collection and perform in-depth data analysis for staff, stakeholders, and funders. The role supports evaluation planning, database training, fidelity checks, and the creation of impact reports.

You will help PBMR tell the story of its mission through data, drive program efficiency, and foster philanthropy through rigorous data governance and visualization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, social sciences or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years data collection, management, analysis and reporting experience.
• Experience with nonprofit program evaluation design, implementation and reporting.
• Experience with justice-oriented or direct service nonprofits preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SPSS, STATA, SAS; Power BI or Tableau helpful.

Responsibilities

• Define and document adherence to minimum standards of project operation and assess model fidelity.
• Design and maintain databases; analyze and interpret collected data.
• Understand data trends and patterns; create reports for updates.
• Document evaluation items and suggest improvements to data collection.
• Create data visualizations; prepare and present to staff, funders and partners.
• Complete additional assigned tasks as needed.
