Job summary

JBS International is seeking an Evaluation and Data Analyst to support research on national service, public health, and mission-driven initiatives. You will assist with data collection, dataset preparation, data analysis, and the development of visualizations and client-ready reports.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration in an applied research setting. Hybrid work requires two onsite days per week at our San Mateo, CA or North Bethesda, MD offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Sociology, Community Psychology, Statistics or a related field.
• 2 years of experience including 1 year in quantitative survey research.

Responsibilities

• Support survey administration and participant tracking activities.
• Prepare and organize datasets, perform descriptive analyses.
• Create tables, charts, dashboards, and reports in Excel and Power BI.
• Assist with literature reviews and client-ready deliverables.
