Job summary

Holy Family Institute seeks a Quality and Data Manager to join the QCRS team. You will collect data from surveys, systems, and interviews, then enter it into reports and databases.

You will design data collection methods, analyze results, and present findings to managers and clients. You will prepare audits, quality indicators, and monthly/quarterly reports, while supporting quality initiatives and training on ethics, HIPAA, and PQI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in field related to Social Services or Human Resources preferred.
• 2-3 years’ experience in social services or human resources preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High degree of proficiency with all Microsoft Office Applications.
• Knowledge of accreditation/regulatory bodies, such as COA, DHS, and PDE.
• Knowledge of and experience with a continuum of Mental Health/Social Service programs.
• Proven ability to demonstrate analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently, to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, to organize workflow, to adhere to timelines, and to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

Responsibilities

• Collect data using surveys, excel trackers, the HFI electronic Health System, interviews, and other methods to gather data and enter it into reports, databases or spreadsheets.
• Design and implement data collection methods, including developing surveys and questionnaires.
• Analyze data using statistical techniques and interpret results to identify trends and relationships.
• Report findings with reports and visualizations to stakeholders such as managers and clients.
• Prepare audit reports for internal weekly, biweekly, monthly or quarterly review and corrective actions.
• Prepare quality indicators, data spreadsheets, and reports for statistical analysis for distribution to program leads and departments.
• Develop and monitor quality improvement initiatives with staff.
• Assist directors in outcomes reporting and benchmarking.
