Job summary

LHH US is seeking a Data Analyst to join a nonprofit organization as the primary administrator of the data management ecosystem. This role supports program, client, operational, and fundraising reporting, partnering with leadership and teams to ensure accurate reporting and meaningful data analysis.

The position emphasizes transforming data into actionable insights to strengthen service delivery for survivors and improve community impact.

Qualifications

3+ years managing organizational databases and data systems.
3+ years administering client, program, and donor databases.
2+ years creating data reports and visualizations.
2+ years leading teams, training staff.
2+ years performing statistical analysis and developing database queries.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong reporting and analytics background.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Experience handling confidential information.
This role will have no direct reports.
