Job summary

Tipping Point Community is seeking a Data Analytics Associate to strengthen how we measure and communicate impact across our portfolio. You’ll manage data systems, run analyses, and produce dashboards that inform strategy and funding decisions.

You will work closely with the Senior Director of Impact and the Learning + Evaluation team, ensuring data quality, replicability, and timely insight generation to guide programmatic investments and learning across the Bay Area.

Qualifications

• Experience with data architecture, management, and analysis.
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to analyze and synthesize data.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled data workflows and analytics methods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee internal datasets used to monitor program impact.
• Produce recurring reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct routine quantitative analyses and ensure data quality and replicability.
• Collaborate with Learning + Evaluation to inform grantmaking and strategy.
• Lead data tasks related to programmatic grantmaking.
