Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in communications or public affairs agencies, media, nonprofit or similar organizations.
• Experience or demonstrated interest in purpose-driven communications and sustainability.
• A resilient mindset, deep curiosity and healthy sense of humor.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and execution of communications strategies with earned media at the center.
• Support senior leads in managing day-to-day client workflows, timelines and deliverables.
• Craft compelling narratives, messaging and content for clients and principals.
• Build and leverage relationships with media to advance client narratives.
• Compose media materials and conduct media outreach; track political and cultural developments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members.
