Qualifications

• Experience mentoring and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to develop and implement job development plans.
• Familiar with PBIS and instructional support strategies.
• Strong collaboration with circle of support and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship to individuals served to improve health, safety and quality of life.
• Deliver job development and on-the-job supports guided by PBIS.
• Assist in securing competitive integrated employment aligned with skills.
• Gather information to create meaningful, individualized support plans.
• Support scheduling and transportation with the circle of support.
