The role emphasizes building data-informed practices, developing dashboards in Power BI, Excel and Salesforce, and delivering trainings to AmeriCorps members and staff. Collaboration across site teams is essential to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting and transforming student-level data across platforms.
• Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards (Power BI, DAX).
• Experience delivering trainings on data systems to staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Support collection and transformation of student data across platforms to ensure progress monitoring and reporting.
• Support collection of AmeriCorps member and partner data for progress monitoring.
• Create and maintain data visualizations to monitor student progress and program impact.
• Design and deliver trainings on City Year data systems and tools.
• Collaborate with site teams to share data insights and support program goals.
• Other duties as assigned
