Job summary

JVS - Bay Area is seeking a data-focused professional to lead reporting and data analysis, primarily pulling and preparing data from Salesforce and other systems for ongoing program performance reports. You will design Power BI dashboards, validate real-time reporting, and translate findings into accessible briefs for internal teams and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes equity-driven analyses, ad hoc data requests, and collaboration with the Evaluation and Impact team to ensure data

Qualifications

• Experience pulling, cleaning, and preparing data from Salesforce and other systems for regular reports.
• Ability to design and iterate Power BI dashboards and Salesforce reports to answer program questions.
• Experience with data quality audits, data governance, and documenting datasets for reproducibility.
• Ability to translate analytical findings into accessible briefs for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Data Analysis (60–65%): pull, clean, and prepare data to produce regular program performance reports for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Conduct analyses on outcomes like participant results, program completion, retention, and equity, disaggregated by race, gender, etc.
• Design and iterate Power BI dashboards and Salesforce reports; validate that outputs reflect program reality.
• Validate accuracy of real-time reporting infrastructure and ensure dashboards use the right indicators.
• Produce data briefs and narrative summaries for decision-making by non-technical audiences.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests with accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct wage equity and marketing referral source analyses and other recurring analyses.
