Episcopal Community Services in Philadelphia, PA, seeks a Data Analyst and Innovation Specialist to shape data-driven decision making. You will build Power BI dashboards, transform complex data into actionable insights, and support funder reporting and program learning.

This hybrid, full-time role partners with program leaders to advance evaluation, data literacy, and impact across Philadelphia.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent significant work experience in evaluation and data reporting.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI and Excel; experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with case management software such as CaseWorthy or ETO is preferred.
• Ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grant reporting calendar and data requests from funders and staff.
• Develop internal tools and questions to support deep data learning and program innovation.
• Present data analysis results clearly for program teams and leadership.
• Manage access and security for Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Lead staff training to improve data literacy and use of data in decision making.
• Provide mentorship to program leaders on evaluation questions and data-driven improvements.
