Goodwill Southern California is seeking a Retail Operations Administrative Assistant to deliver excellent customer service, handle clerical tasks, and support the Retail Operations team with reporting, filing, and office duties.

This full-time role requires 2-3 years of clerical experience, 1-2 years of multi-line phone system work, a high school diploma, and a valid CA driver’s license with insurance; travel up to 25% within Southern California is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of office clerical experience required.
• 1-2 years of multi-line customer service phone system experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Shift flexibility and overtime when needed.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Windows apps (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Docs; familiarity with Salesforce and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Handles Retail Customer Service inquiries via calls, emails, texts; closes cases and prepares reports.
• Submits signage and supply orders to print shop and tracks receipt.
• Maintains business licenses and e-files.
• Generates and tracks rewards paperwork and certificates of appreciation.
• Maintains retail directory and DMA alignment; updates SOP manual.
• Manages mail distribution and uploads documents to shared platforms.
• Schedules and hosts department meetings; drafts agendas and takes notes.
• Prepares information for Director Site visits; orders office supplies.
• Prepares training materials; travel up to 25% within SoCal with CA driver’s license.
