Job summary

Stellar Energy Americas Inc. seeks an experienced installer to support insulated metal panel (IMP) erection in our Fort Worth, TX fabrication facility. You will read plans, measure accurately, fit and weld panels, and supervise helpers to ensure quality workmanship.

The role requires welding, grinding, rigging, and precise fabrication in a noisy industrial setting, with the first shift Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic math and language skills are required.
• Grinding, welding, brazing, rigging, and cutting sheet metal.
• 1 year related experience or training.
• Preferred: 2 years' experience in Insulated Metal Panels (IMP).
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, target point measurements, and verify true/plumb/square conditions.
• Cut, prep, fit and tack IMPs, flashing, etc., to weld-ready status per drawings.
• Select, measure, hand dress, and cut with grinders and power tools as required.
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts following safety procedures.
• Direct and monitor two or more helpers; document quality per SEA standards.
• Comply with all safety regulations and PPE requirements; support ISO 9001 audits.
