Job summary

Stellar Energy Americas Inc. seeks an IMP Manufacturing Technician for its Fort Worth, TX facility (and Jacksonville, FL). This full-time, hourly role involves assembly, metalwork, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards in a fabrication environment.

You will read blueprints, take precise measurements, prep and fit components, and supervise two or more helpers as needed. Shifts vary with potential overtime; prior IMP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic math and language skills are required.
• Grinding, welding, brazing, rigging, and cutting sheet metal.
• 1 year related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Read job specs, blueprint readings, target measurements, and verify true/plumb/square to meet tolerances.
• Cut, prep, fit and tack IMPs, flashing, etc., from various material types to weld-ready status.
• Select, measure, hand dress, and cut with grinders and saws to prepare IMP processes.
• Direct 2+ helpers, monitor quality and safety compliance.
• Operate overhead cranes or forklifts with safe rigging practices.
• Document quality reporting per SEA Quality Standards.
• Prepare for ISO 9001 audits.
