Job summary

Stellar Energy Americas is seeking an IMP Manufacturing Associate for our Jacksonville, FL facility (or Fort Worth, TX). This full-time, non-exempt hourly role supports insulated metal panel installation and related fabrication tasks in a fabrication environment.

The position requires reading blueprints, precise measurements, and using grinders, saws, and welding tools. Candidates must meet safety standards and be able to work with two or more helpers when needed.

Qualifications

• Basic math and language skills are required.
• Grinding, welding, brazing, rigging, and cutting sheet metal.
• 1 Year related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret job specifications and blueprints.
• Cut, prep, fit, and tack parts to weld-ready status.
• Operate overhead cranes or forklifts safely.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met daily.
