Job summary

Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to work on-site at Cambridge, MA, coordinating Immunology translational research activities and external collaborations.

The role requires 3–5 years of project management experience in immunology, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. It includes full-time hours with comprehensive benefits and on-site work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum College Degree or equivalent; science degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of direct project manager experience supporting immunology projects.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a list of active translational projects within the Immunology team and coordinate budgets with finance.
• Manage and fulfill contracts related to external collaborations with academic partners, CROs, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to keep projects on track and ensure timely deliverables.
• Coordinate meetings related to collaborations and handle related admin tasks and data transfer.
• Coordinate human biospecimen sourcing for Immunology research programs.
• Manage biospecimen inventories and transfers across departments and external sites.
