Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions seeks a highly organized Project Manager to work directly on a client site in Cambridge, MA. You will coordinate Immunology translational research activities, support external collaborations, and interface with internal cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include budgeting, contract management with academic partners and CROs, stakeholder coordination, and biospecimen logistics. On-site role with full-time hours and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum college degree or equivalent; science degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of direct project manager experience supporting immunology projects.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication to interact with teams and external contacts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a list of active translational projects within the Immunology team and coordinate budgets with finance.
• Manage and fulfill contracts related to external collaborations with academic partners, CROs, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track.
• Schedule meetings, manage team communications, and handle data transfers.
• Coordinate human biospecimen sourcing for Immunology research programs.
• Manage biospecimen inventories and transfers across departments and external sites.
