Responsibilities

• Maintain active translational projects within Immunology and coordinate budgets with the finance team.
• Manage contracts for external collaborations with academic partners and CROs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track.
• Coordinate collaboration meetings and related admin tasks, including email communications, scheduling, and data transfers.
• Coordinate human biospecimen sourcing for Immunology research programs.
• Manage biospecimen inventories and transfers across client departments and external sites.

Job description

Eurofins PSS is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager who will work directly on a client site in Cambridge, MA. The candidate will coordinate Immunology translational research activities related to tissue sample analyses including support for external collaborations and interfacing with internal cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a list of active translational projects within the Immunology team and work with the finance team to coordinate budgets for these projects.
• Manage and fulfill contracts related to external collaborations, typically with academic partners and CROs and internal cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track.
• Coordinate meetings related to collaborations and associated administrative tasks including team email communications, scheduling meetings and data transfer.
• Coordinate human biospecimen sourcing for Immunology research programs.
• Manage existing and new human biospecimen inventories and facilitate biospecimen transfers across the client departments and external research sites.
