Job summary

Eurofins PSS is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to work directly on a client site in Cambridge, MA. You will coordinate Immunology translational research activities and interface with internal cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include budget coordination, contract management, stakeholder communication, and biospecimen logistics. This role requires onsite work for local candidates and offers full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum college degree or equivalent; science degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of direct project management experience in immunology projects.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with team members and external contacts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• On-site local candidates only; authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage translational Immunology projects and client contracts.
• Coordinate budgets with finance and external collaborations.
• Ensure projects stay on track with stakeholders.
• Schedule meetings and handle data transfer and communications.
• Coordinate human biospecimen sourcing for Immunology programs.
• Facilitate biospecimen transfers across sites and departments.
