Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions seeks a skilled scientist to support immunology-focused research via flow cytometry at a client site in Cambridge, MA. You will characterize PBMCs, primary human cells, and organoid models, designing multiparameter assays and developing antibody panels.

The role requires hands-on flow cytometry, PBMC handling, and data analysis, with collaboration across Immunology teams and rigorous documentation to ensure high-quality results.

Formación

• 8+ years experience with biology/immunology; PhD with 3+ years acceptable.
• Degree in Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Hands-on flow cytometry experience including staining, acquisition, and analysis.
• PBMC isolation and primary human cell handling experience.
• Organoid models experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of immune cell markers and flow cytometry assay design.

Responsabilidades

• Design and optimize multiparameter flow cytometry assays.
• Support immunophenotyping of PBMCs and organoid models.
• Develop and validate antibody panels for cell lineage, activation state, phenotype, and functional readouts.
• Perform sample preparation, staining, instrument setup, compensation, quality control, and acquisition.
• Analyze flow cytometry data and generate figures, summaries, and reports.
• Collaborate with scientists within the client team and broader Immunology groups.
• Maintain rigorous documentation of protocols and results per internal standards.
• Troubleshoot issues related to sample handling, staining, instrument operation, and data quality.
• Contribute to method development for organoids and scarce human biospecimens.
