Job summary

Incyte is seeking a Sr. Manager, Immunology Training Specialist to lead training for the Dermatology commercial team.

You will identify training needs, develop curricula, and deliver sessions both live and virtually, coaching field teams and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. The role requires managing multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional leaders, and traveling up to 50-75% within assigned regions and to the Home Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with training or regional training roles preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and professionally.
• Strong organizational and project management skills in cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between field force and Home Office to identify training needs.
• Design, develop and deliver training curricula and content for dermatology products.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions of varied sizes.
• Coach and provide feedback to Dermatology Therapeutic Specialists.
• Manage multiple training projects and vendors within regulatory review processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Field Sales Management, Medical and Sales Ops to support corporate strategy.
